Rule 8.1.1 - Failure to Take the Court In this video Gary Burgess - England Netball Head of Officiating and Cheryl Danson OBE - Chair of the International Rules Panel discuss the additions to the Failure to Take the Court rule which include updated procedures and sanctions that apply to the infringing teams Captain and Centre. Modified netball is played in conjunction with the updated 2020 Rules of Netball and Stage 4 guidelines should still be followed with this update. This includes the increase from 3ft to 4ft of a players defending distance.
